Learn From A Professional Gigging Drummer
Founder Robert Wright is a professional drummer from Glasgow and an HND Music Performance graduate from New College Lanarkshire.
Robert began his drumming journey at the age of 9 and studied under Scottish session drummer Jack Smith from 2009 to 2016, developing his skills in technique, performance and musicianship.
After graduating in 2017, Robert became involved in the Glasgow music scene, performing regularly and building experience as a session drummer. Through his work as a professional musician, he has performed with a range of artists and bands including Dillon Squire, Connor Fyfe, Shambolics, Ben Walker, Parliamo, The Laurettes and John Rush.
Robert has also shared stages with some of the biggest names in British music, including Liam Gallagher, John Squire, Jamie Webster and Rag’n’Bone Man, and supported Liam Gallagher and John Squire on their 2024 UK tour.
This real-world experience allows Robert to bring professional knowledge from the stage directly into his drum lessons.
